Executive Communications

Identified limitations of existing CRM solution and surveyed staff and franchise owners to write a proposal & requirements documentation for a new corporate-wide communications remodeling and new  CRM solution

Training

Led 8-week CRM training sessions for onboarding staff and franchisees to maximize software buy-in, resulting in earlier and more thorough KPI reporting and overwhelmingly positive feedback on the new Content Management System.

 

LMS & Design

Developed new CRM training modules and print follow-up materials, including an introduction to a new Content Management System, FAQs, and an existing library of degree-related courses.

Introduced new software, by creating a Gantt chart for executive stakeholders outlining the CRM rollout including data migration, milestones, asset development, task owners, and deployment schedule.

Educated Franchisees thru Marketing webinars about Customer Journeys, Lead Magnet & Click Funnels: By utilizing HubSpot and automated chatbots, created a physical therapy private practice Click Funnel which Captured Facebook leads and moved prospects through online appt scheduling or dropped to a 'nurture' campaign as part of a customer journey.
